“My Dr. had recently retired and as a result ( thanks to Covid) I have been scrambling for the last few months to find a new Dr. before my current medications ran out. No one on my area is currently accepting new patients , so I took a chance on DONE. It was hands down one of the best decisions I have ever made! In my almost 20 years of seeing psychiatrist ; I have never met someone who I felt as comfortable and heard by.”

Frequently Asked Questions

Done Time

Psychiatry appointments on average are $400+/hr.
Our initial appointments are $199. They last just 25 minutes since our providers review your information and think about your medical history ahead of time. The initial appointment is for listening to you, crafting a treatment plan together, and reviewing your goals. We don't waste your time.
After the initial appointments, our membership is just $79/mo. The membership includes follow-up appointments, access to our care team and providers, and convenient online refills. You may not require an appointment each month, but our providers will still review your medical history and progress that you may submit in order to issue an online refill.
Treatment costs are not included in these prices. Out of pocket costs for the treatment (without insurance) range from $40-80/mo. With insurance, it's just the copay.
We do not accept insurance for appointments or membership.

One And Done

Step 1.
Fill out and submit the medical questionnaire on the home page. Please answer truthfully as your provider will use your responses to understand your medical condition.
Step 2.
After submitting the form, you may schedule an appointment directly with a provider of your choice.
We require an additional questionnaire for medical history
Step 3.
If treatment is issued, we can arrange to have it shipped to you for free. Or, if you prefer picking it up at a local pharmacy, you may ask your provider to send it there by providing the name, phone number, and address of the location.
Step 4.
Now that your initial consultation is complete, you may become a member for just $79/mo. Becoming a member gives you access to your doctor for any questions or ongoing concerns with your treatment. You may request a refill for your treatment each month unless your provider needs to have a quick check up to confirm dosage, in which, you may simply email your doctor for a follow up.
